Cedric counsels multinational corporations in a broad range of industries in acquiring and maintaining IP rights and in implementing IP protection and licensing strategies in China and Hong Kong. He is also experienced in anti-counterfeiting and other IP enforcement actions and has served as the Asia-Pacific regional counsel of a major US IP collective. He has published more than two dozen IP articles and book chapters and is a frequent speaker on IP-related subjects.
