Cathy’s practice is focused on trademark matters, including trademark clearance and availability opinions, preparing and prosecuting trademark applications, and policing and enforcing trademark rights, including domestic and international trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings. Cathy counsels clients on strategies for protecting and enforcing their trademarks on an international basis, and has provided counsel in a wide variety of industries, including banking, medical products, retail, hotels, health care services, and consumer products. Cathy also has significant experience in due diligence investigation in mergers & acquisitions.
